RallyABQ serves as a convener and facilitator, helping individuals and organizations move from shared concern to coordinated action.
Our work includes:
We are not a direct service provider. Instead, we focus on strengthening the relationships, trust, and structures that make effective community work possible.
RallyABQ was founded to respond to a simple but persistent need in Albuquerque: a neutral space where people from different sectors could come together to address shared challenges thoughtfully and constructively.
Over the years, RallyABQ has supported collaborative efforts, convenings, and pilot initiatives focused on strengthening community connection and advancing solutions that require cross-sector engagement.

RallyABQ was founded by Birga Alden, a nonprofit leader and community collaborator with extensive experience in cross-sector partnership, systems navigation, and community engagement.
Birga’s work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change is rarely achieved alone. Throughout her career, she has helped bring together nonprofits, public agencies, faith communities, and civic leaders to build trust, clarify shared goals, and move complex work forward.
