Unite Us Summits
In partnership with the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County, RallyABQ helped host two impactful community summits in the spring of 2025. Nearly 300 participants attended the events, representing a wide range of local organizations and service providers.
These collaborative gatherings marked the beginning of a powerful partnership. Attendees explored available community resources and learned how a closed-loop referral system could enhance care coordination and better support the families they serve.
